A teenager, Bashar Aliyu who hails from Sokoto has been awarded a scholarship today by the incumbent Governor of Sokoto State, Aminu Tambuwal to study automotive design in an American University.
It will be recalled that Bashar had earlier designed superb car models. Perhaps this caught the attention of the Governor.
